Paper Short Uploader
A small desktop tool that uploads the animated paper-collage Shorts made for the YouTube channel SOLTA SOLTA to that same channel.
What it does
When the channel's creator finishes one of his own videos on his own computer, the tool uploads it to his channel with its title, description, tags, language and audience setting, and schedules it to go public at a fixed time of day.
It is not a public service. It runs only on the creator's computer, is not offered to anyone else, and acts only on the creator's own channel, after he signs in with Google and grants access.
How it uses YouTube API Services
videos.insert: uploads the creator's own finished video with its title, description, tags, category, language, "made for kids" declaration and publish time.channels.listwithmine=true: shows which channel is connected, so the tool can refuse to upload anywhere else.
It does not read, collect, analyze or display any other YouTube data, it has no users besides the creator, and it shows no ads.
